We sourced the limited brand "Furuyama Plateau Pork" from Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture, grown by designated farmers in Fukushima Prefecture, and prepared it into cacciatore (hunter's style stew), a local dish from Tuscany.

How to eat

Delivered vacuum packed and frozen.
Once you receive the product, please store it in the freezer immediately.

Take out the amount you need and, if possible, thaw it slowly in the refrigerator for a day, and then you can easily cut it by hand.
If you don't have time, you can warm it up in a 500W microwave for 1 to 1 minute 30 seconds and give it to your child right away.
