I haven't received an email after placing my order.

In addition, please check the following other cases:

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons of customer convenience after the order process has been completed.
If you return an item because the size doesn't fit, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, so please check carefully before purchasing.
Can I change my payment method?
You cannot change your payment method after your order has been completed.

About product delivery
When will my item arrive?
Purchases made before 2pm on business days will be shipped the same day.
Delivery times vary depending on the area, but if you use courier delivery, your item will arrive within 1 to 3 days .
If you choose mail delivery, the item will be delivered to your mailbox within 3 to 5 days.
Can I specify the delivery date and time?
If you use courier service , you can specify the date and time of receipt.
If you want the fastest delivery, please select courier delivery as the shipping method and do not specify a date and time .

About physical stores
Where is the store located?
The shop is located along Paseo Street in the station area of Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture.
There is a dog goods corner inside the select shop bloom.
Can I bring a dog?
Of course, you are welcome to bring your dog along.
All dogs, from small to large, are welcome.
We recommend trying on collars and harnesses before purchasing.
Is there a parking lot?
There is no parking lot at the store, but there is a paid parking lot opposite and next to the store.
There are also many coin parking lots nearby.
We will give you a parking ticket for purchases of 3,000 yen or more.
(Free parking times vary depending on the parking lot)
Can I reserve it?
We do not accept reservations via email or phone.
You can reserve items at the store after making a deposit.
