The opening opens like a frog mouth, making it easy for your dog to get his paws in.
The foam pads attached at the front and back of the opening gently secure the boots in place and prevent them from slipping off.

A sole (bottom of the foot) that is not too hard makes it easier for your dog to feel the road conditions, so he can run more safely in these boots than in boots with hard rubber soles.
To make the soles last longer, apply a sneaker repair product such as Shoe Goo to the soles beforehand.
