Aizu Jidori chicken is also known as the "mysterious local chicken" because it is produced by only two companies in the entire country. We use a generous amount of this chicken's breast meat and combine it with pasta and vegetables in a carbonara style dish.

Chicken breast is often thought to be less nutritious than beef or pork because it is low in calories, but it is in no way inferior as a source of protein, especially when eaten without the skin.

Aizu Jidori is a breed that has lived only in the Aizu region for at least 500 years , and it is believed that the pure breed has been maintained without crossbreeding with other chickens.

They are raised for two to three times longer than regular broilers and are raised on a free-range farm where they can move around freely, resulting in a breed with excellent richness and flavor.
Compared to domestic young chicken, it has low moisture and fat content, is high in protein, and contains 1.9 times more anserine and 1.3 times more carnosine.
Wagwag Meal uses carefully selected Aizu local chicken from Mishimaya in Mishima Town, Onuma County, Fukushima Prefecture, which has been certified as an "Aizu brand."

How to eat

Delivered vacuum packed and frozen.
Once you receive the product, please store it in the freezer immediately.

Take out the amount you need and, if possible, thaw it slowly in the refrigerator for a day, and then you can easily cut it by hand.
If you don't have time, you can warm it up in a 500W microwave for 1 to 1 minute 30 seconds and give it to your child right away.
