"Abukuma River Maple Salmon" Nishigo Village, Nishishirakawa District, Fukushima Prefecture
Abukuma River Maple Salmon originated when Hayashi Fish Farm Co., Ltd. air-shipped eyed rainbow trout eggs native to the Kamloops region of British Columbia, Canada, to Japan for the first time, and then hatched and raised them in their own aquaculture facilities.
Since then, we have repeatedly crossbred the species with rainbow trout, which we have selectively bred for generations, and by improving the breed and pursuing new farming methods and feed, we have created a large, purely domestic trout.
At the same time, by pursuing the ingredients in the feed and the breeding method, and by raising the fish in conditions closer to nature at a farming facility located at the source of the Nasu River, we have succeeded in producing fish that are even fattier, have firmer flesh than imported salmon, and have almost no unpleasant odor. As we are the only company in Japan that farms this fish, you will never be able to taste it anywhere else.
-
The entire process from egg collection to shipping is managed by one company, so we are so thorough that we can check the history of each individual egg.
-
The fish are raised in strong running water, an unprecedented amount of water, allowing them to grow into firm, muscular fish.
This nutritious dish is made using the highest quality brand of salmon.

wagwag meal
A chef who has worked in many restaurants returned to his hometown of Fukushima and started a specialty food brand for dogs, not people.
Unlike food that simply involves putting ingredients in a big pot and boiling them together, this is food for dogs that has been thoroughly cooked and presented with care .
What's more, it is a luxurious meal that uses various brand ingredients from Fukushima Prefecture.
The food is made using restaurant-quality ingredients, so people can eat it too.
This dish is sourced directly from producers and prepared by our chefs with the advice of veterinarians and dentists.
We recommend this as a food for dogs that is also beautiful to look at .
